Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Activaura website, products, services, applications, or content (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

All orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance and availability. Activaura reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Pricing & Payments

Products offered through the Services are priced in Indian Rupees (₹). All payments must be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the amount due. Activaura may modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return / Exchange Policy. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of that policy. You acknowledge that certain orders (including Flash Sales, final sale items, or heavily discounted items) may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
